The ICCE Method workshop is a breathwork & cold immersion event hosted by Jeff Daubney & Janis White, the founders of the ICCE Method. Participants will learn about a multitude of benefits related to breathwork, ice baths and the correlation between the two practices. The workshop will be broken into four distinct parts that allow the participant time to learn and practice each part with Jeff & Janis as their coaches.
